Olga Flory

A transplant from Siberia, Olga has lived through Russian Federation’s transition from the Soviet-style economy to the free market, and had a unique opportunity to support the development of the first generation of business leaders in that country.

Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior leadership positions at startups and Fortune 100 companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to sales and distribution, construction, finance, insurance, and consulting. In her quest to find a secret to great leadership, she studied the effects of leadership behaviors on people and organizations in a wide variety of companies with a broad range of business practices, around the globe. Converting her observations into learning interventions, she helps leaders develop mindsets and behaviors that support their ability to build high-performing and continuously improving organizations. In her coaching engagements, she focuses on the development of critical leadership competencies that allow leaders to create the environment of trust, respect, and mutual accountability.

Olga holds Master’s degree in Education and Linguistics from the State Pedagogical University, Krasnoyarsk, Russia, and a Brain-Based Coaching certification by The NeuroLeadership Institute, New York, NY. Olga and her husband Tom live in Leominster, MA. Her son Nikita serves in the United States Marine Corps.
